We stand behind everything we sell. Unworn and unwashed items, sold directly from yeslerapparel.com, may qualify for a full refund 14 days after purchase. (For a full refund, items need to be in a re-sellable condition). For volume or custom purchases, please contact your representative.
We cover manufacturing defects up to one year after purchase. Our goal is to make sure you walk away happy every time you contact us.
Processing Returns or Exchanges
Contact us directly with your order number (you should’ve received it via email right after checkout), and let us know how we can help.
Returns & Exchanges: For orders from yeslerapparel.com, send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label; your return will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt.
Refunds: We’ll credit your account within 10 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
